1. Make the Butterbeer Syrup * In a small bowl, whisk together the butterscotch syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Blend the Drink * Add the cream soda, ice, Coffee Mate Butterbeer Creamer, and prepared syrup mixture to a blender. * Blend until smooth, thick, and frosty.
Serve * Drizzle additional butterscotch syrup inside the serving glasses. * Pour the frozen butterbeer into the glasses.
4. Finish * Top with whipped cream if desired. * Drizzle generously with more butterscotch syrup. * Serve immediately.

For an even richer “theme park” style butterbeer, freeze the cream soda into ice cubes ahead of time and use those instead of regular ice. You’ll get a thicker drink without watering down the flavor.
