In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Add the diced cucumbers, red onion, and feta cheese. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated in the tzatziki dressing.
Transfer the cucumber salad to a serving bowl or platter.
Top with the grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and garbanzo beans.
Finish with an extra sprinkle of feta cheese, a little fresh dill, and a light drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes before serving for even better flavor.
This salad eats like a full meal. The creamy tzatziki cucumber base stays light and refreshing, while the grilled chicken, garbanzo beans, and feta pack in protein and make it filling enough for lunch or dinner.
