Crush the Chips Without opening the bag completely, gently crush the Siete Cinnamon Tortilla Chips into small pieces. You want a mix of fine crumbs and crunchy chunks for the best texture.
Melt the White Chocolate In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth.
Mix in the Bag Open the chip bag and carefully pour the melted white chocolate directly into the crushed chips. Seal or fold the top of the bag and massage everything together until every piece is coated in white chocolate.
Form the Log Dump the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a tight log and roll it up, twisting the ends to hold its shape.
Chill Overnight Refrigerate the log overnight, or until completely firm.
Slice and Serve Unwrap and cut into ½-inch rings. Each slice delivers a crispy crunch from the cinnamon chips and a creamy sweetness from the white chocolate.
For even more cinnamon flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar over the mixture before rolling it into the log.
